Ingredients

1 cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients by cutting meats and cheeses into bite-sized cubes. Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion into chunks. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set everything aside.
- Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in an alternating pattern. For example, start with cucumber, followed by a tomato, then chicken, followed by cheese cubes, and repeat.
- Once the skewers are assembled, drizzle them with your choice of dressing (Italian dressing works well) and add salt, pepper, or fresh herbs like parsley for extra flavor.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
