Description

Chamomile Iced Tea is a calming, caffeine-free herbal beverage with delicate floral notes, perfect for warm days or as a relaxing drink anytime. Naturally soothing and easy to customize, it’s a refreshing way to stay hydrated.

Ingredients

2 chamomile tea bags or 2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers

2 cups boiling water

Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Lemon slices (optional)

Ice cubes

Instructions

  • teep the Tea: Place chamomile tea bags or dried chamomile flowers in a teapot or heatproof container. Pour in the boiling water and let steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on how strong you want it.

  • Sweeten (Optional): Stir in honey or your preferred sweetener while the tea is still warm, until dissolved.

  • Cool the Tea: Remove tea bags or strain the flowers. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

  • Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the cooled tea over the ice and garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Notes

  • Mint Variation: Add a few fresh mint leaves during steeping for a cooling twist.

  • Chamomile Lemonade: Mix with lemonade for a sweet and tangy hybrid.

  • Fruit-Infused: Add fruit slices like strawberries or peaches during steeping for extra flavor.

  • Cold Brew Option: Steep tea bags in cold water in the fridge overnight for a smoother, less bitter tea.
