Description

A deliciously creamy Carrot Cake Latte topped with a luscious cream cheese cold foam, combining the warm flavors of carrot cake syrup with rich espresso and a frothy, tangy topping for a perfect indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Cold Foam

  • 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk

Latte

  • 2 tbsp carrot cake syrup
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (2% milk recommended)
  • 2 oz espresso
  • Ice as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cold Foam: In a small glass or jar, combine the whipped cream cheese, vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and whole milk. Using a milk frother, froth the mixture until it becomes smooth, creamy, and airy. Set this cold foam aside for topping.
  2. Assemble the Latte: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the carrot cake syrup over the ice. Next, add the milk of your choice and stir gently to combine the syrup evenly with the milk.
  3. Add the Espresso: Slowly pour the freshly brewed 2 oz of espresso over the sweetened milk mixture to create a layered effect.
  4. Top with Cream Cheese Foam: Carefully spoon or pour the prepared cream cheese cold foam on top of the latte. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich, creamy flavors.

Notes

  • You can use any type of milk you prefer, including dairy-free alternatives.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of carrot cake syrup and vanilla syrup to your taste.
  • If you don’t have a milk frother, you can whisk the cold foam ingredients vigorously until frothy.
  • This recipe makes one serving but can be easily scaled up.
