Description
Caramel Apple Cheese Ball is a creamy, sweet dessert dip packed with fall flavors like apple, caramel, and a crunchy toffee or nut coating. It’s a festive, no-bake treat perfect for parties and holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 small apple, peeled and finely chopped (preferably Granny Smith)
 - 2–3 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
 - 1/2 cup toffee bits or finely chopped nuts (for coating)
 - Optional for serving: graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, vanilla wafers

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
 - Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
 - Fold in chopped apple and caramel sauce. Stir until evenly incorporated.
 - Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until mixture firms enough to shape.
 - Place mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
 - Spread toffee bits or chopped nuts on a plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in the coating until fully covered.
 - Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
 - Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.

Notes
- For stronger apple flavor, use dried apples instead of fresh.
 - Add cinnamon or apple pie spice to enhance fall flavors.
 - Wait to roll in coating until just before serving for best texture.
 - Let cheese ball sit at room temp 10–15 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
 - Do not freeze; texture may be compromised.
