Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs camel meat (loin or fillet preferred)
 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp ground cumin

 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mint, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
 - Place camel meat in a resealable bag or dish, coat with marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 4–8 hours or overnight.
 - Remove meat from marinade and bring to room temperature. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Sear the camel meat on all sides until browned and cooked to desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium).
 - Let meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with rice, couscous, or salad.

 - Fresh mint provides the best flavor; use half the amount if using dried.
 - Ideal cooking methods also include grilling or roasting.
