Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat or white bread, toasted
    3 ounces turkey breast, sliced
    1/2 avocado, sliced
    1 slice tomato
    12 leaves lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
    Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
