Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package of Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
- While chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
- To add an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate before refrigerating.
- For a nut-free version, use sunbutter or another nut butter in place of peanut butter.
- Drizzling melted white chocolate over the chocolate coating can create a decorative touch.
- These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerated for up to a week
