Description

These Butterfinger Balls are a no-bake dessert that combines the irresistible flavors of Butterfinger candy bars, creamy peanut butter, and smooth chocolate coating. With minimal ingredients and a simple process, these treats are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth at parties, gatherings, or any occasion. Whether you’re a Butterfinger fan or just love peanut butter and chocolate together, these delicious bites are sure to be a hit

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package of Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
  • While chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  • Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
  • To add an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate before refrigerating.
  • For a nut-free version, use sunbutter or another nut butter in place of peanut butter.
  • Drizzling melted white chocolate over the chocolate coating can create a decorative touch.
  • These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerated for up to a week
