Ingredients
4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
