Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano (if using).

  2. Cook the chicken on the grill or in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
