Description

These box mix brownie cupcakes combine the rich, fudgy texture of classic brownies with the convenience of individual cupcake portions. Quick to prepare and endlessly customizable, they’re perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  1. 1 box of brownie mix (1820 oz)
  2. Eggs (as called for on the box)
  3. Oil (as called for on the box)
  4. Water (as called for on the box)
  5. Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray with non-stick spray.

  1. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  2. Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  3. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, or other toppings on each cupcake.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
