Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Flavoring & Add-ins
- ½ cup dried blueberries
- 4 drops blue food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish: Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. This will ensure your fudge can be removed easily once set.
- Melt the white chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the white chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the melted white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and dried blueberries thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour and marble: Pour the fudge mixture evenly into the lined baking dish. Drip 4 drops of blue food coloring on top and use a butter knife to swirl it gently, creating a marbled blue effect.
- Chill to set: Cover the fudge and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until it becomes firm and set.
- Cut and serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into 25 equal squares (5 rows by 5 rows) for serving.
Notes
- Ensure the white chocolate is melted gently to prevent burning.
- You can substitute dried blueberries with fresh or other dried fruits if preferred.
- Use parchment paper to easily remove the fudge without sticking.
- The marbling effect can be intensified by adding more drops of food coloring if desired.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
