 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
 - ¼ cup brown sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
 - Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
 - Fold in Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries to avoid crushing them.
 - Scoop & Bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
 - Cool & Enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
 
Notes
- For a stronger blueberry flavor, add 1 tsp blueberry extract or use dried blueberries.
 - Chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking helps prevent excessive spreading.
 - If using frozen blueberries, don’t thaw them—just mix them in and bake 1-2 minutes longer.
