Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (flaky style)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (granulated)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until the blueberries are coated with sugar.
- Pour the blueberry mixture over the biscuit dough in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Drizzle the melted butter and vanilla extract (if using) over the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy!
