A rich and creamy Biscoff Fudge combining sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, and the iconic Biscoff spread and biscuits for an indulgent treat that’s perfect for sharing or gifting.
Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 395 grams (13.93 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 500 grams (17.63 ounces) white chocolate chips
- 125 grams (4.41 ounces) Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)
Add-ins & Toppings
- 125 grams (4.41 ounces) Biscoff biscuits (roughly chopped, divided)
Instructions
- Prepare Baking Tin: Grease and line a rectangular brownie or baking tin (17cm x 25cm, or 7” x 11”) with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal of the fudge.
- Melt Chocolate Mixture: In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally to melt the chocolate evenly and prevent burning.
- Add Biscoff Spread: Once the mixture is melted and smooth, turn off the heat. Stir in the Biscoff spread gently until just combined to maintain texture without overmixing.
- Incorporate Biscuits: Add half of the roughly chopped Biscoff biscuits to the mixture and fold in gently to distribute them evenly without breaking them down too much.
- Pour & Top: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and smooth the surface with a spatula to make it level. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Biscoff biscuits on top and gently press them into the fudge for texture and appearance.
- Chill & Set: Cover the tin and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the fudge to set firmly.
- Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the tin and cut into bite-sized pieces for serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to line the tin for easier fudge removal.
- Do not overheat the chocolate and condensed milk mixture to avoid burning or grainy texture.
- Gently fold in the Biscoff spread and biscuits to preserve texture.
- The fudge keeps well refrigerated for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
- For a crunchier texture, use crunchy Biscoff spread and biscuits.
