Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 taco shells (hard or soft)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make the special sauce.

Heat taco shells according to package instructions.

To assemble, spoon seasoned beef into each taco shell, followed by lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
