Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/4 cup granola
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
Fresh fruit (like sliced bananas, berries, or kiwi), for topping

Coconut flakes, for topping (optional)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Add a little extra milk if necessary, but keep the mixture thick enough to scoop with a spoon.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with granola, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or additional drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a tropical twist, swap the mixed berries for mango, pineapple, and coconut.
- Add spinach or kale for a green smoothie bowl packed with extra vitamins.
- For added protein, mix in peanut butter or almond butter to the smoothie base.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and non-dairy milk, and swap honey for maple syrup or agave.
- Acai puree or acai powder can be added for a superfood-packed version.
