Description

Berry-licious cheesecake fruit salad is a refreshing no bake dessert that combines a creamy cheesecake-inspired filling with fresh, juicy berries. It’s colorful, indulgent yet light, and perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, or potlucks.


Ingredients

  1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 8 oz whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  5. 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  6. 1 cup blueberries
  7. 1 cup raspberries
  8. 1 cup blackberries

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  1. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, carefully folding them into the cheesecake mixture.

Notes

  1. Fresh berries work best, but frozen can be used if thawed and drained.
