- 2 mandarin oranges (peeled and segmented or 1/4 cup orange juice)

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Liquids
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice (add more if needed)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel, segment, and if necessary, freeze the banana and strawberries to ensure a cold and creamy smoothie. Peel and segment the mandarin oranges or prepare fresh orange juice.
- Blend Smoothie: Place the frozen banana chunks, strawberries, mandarin orange segments or orange juice, cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder (if using), and almond milk into a high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, adjusting milk quantity as needed to reach desired consistency.
