Ingredients

- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
