Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
