Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips or white chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
Add frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, white chocolate chips or sauce, and yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker texture and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Frozen fruit helps create a thick, cold texture without needing much ice.
- Coconut milk makes the smoothie creamier, while coconut water gives it a lighter feel.
- For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and dairy-free white chocolate.
- To turn into a smoothie bowl, blend thicker and top with granola, coconut flakes, or mango slices.
