Description
Avocado popsicles are a creamy, refreshing, and nutritious frozen treat made with ripe avocados, coconut milk, and a hint of lime. Perfect for a healthy, guilt-free dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
 - 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
 - A pinch of salt
 
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), lime juice, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
 - Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
 - Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
 - To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
 
Notes
- For a fruity twist, add fresh fruit like mango, strawberries, or blueberries to the mixture before blending.
 - For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder or melted dark chocolate to the blender.
 - Ensure that the popsicle molds are coated lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
 - Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
