Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or two 8-inch round pans.

- In another bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla until well combined.

- Bake for 35–40 minutes (9×13) or 25–30 minutes (round pans), until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- For the frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake. Garnish with chopped nuts or a dusting of cinnamon if desired.
