Ingredients
- 1 pound skirt steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro for serving 
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Steak: Pat skirt steak dry. Rub olive oil over both sides. Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then season steak evenly.
 - Cook Steak: Place steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness is reached (135°F for medium-rare).
 - Rest: Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
 - Serve: Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle chopped cilantro if desired.
