Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved or left whole if small
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
 - Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
 - Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
 - Check for doneness by piercing with a fork; potatoes should be tender inside and crispy outside.
 - Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
 - Serve warm.
