Description

Air fryer apple pie bombs are a quick, easy twist on the classic apple pie. These bite-sized treats are filled with cinnamon-spiced apples and wrapped in a crispy, flaky pastry, all cooked in the air fryer for a perfect golden finish.


Ingredients

  1. 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
    1 cup apple pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
    1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (for topping)
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  1. Roll out the biscuit dough on a flat surface and press each biscuit flat with your fingers.
  2. Spoon a small amount of apple pie filling into the center of each biscuit. Be careful not to overfill.
  3. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal the edges. Form each dough into a ball.
