Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into thin slices without cutting all the way through, leaving about a ¼ inch at the bottom.
- Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the oil mixture generously over the potatoes, ensuring the slices are well-coated. Gently fan out the slices to allow seasoning to get between layers.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Check doneness by inserting a fork—if it goes in easily, the potatoes are ready.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
