Ingredients

1 packet frozen unsweetened acai berry puree

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)

¼½ cup non-dairy milk or yogurt (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)

Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Toppings (your choice):

Sliced fresh fruits (banana, kiwi, berries)

Granola

Coconut flakes

Chia seeds

Nut butter drizzle

Instructions

  • Run the frozen acai packet under warm water for 5–10 seconds to slightly thaw. Break into chunks.

  • In a high-powered blender, combine acai puree, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, and a splash of non-dairy milk or yogurt.

  • Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until smooth and thick. Add more liquid as needed, but aim for a spoonable consistency.

  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  • Top with your choice of fruits, granola, seeds, and sweeteners.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

  • For a tropical version, add pineapple or mango.

  • For a chocolate twist, blend in 1 tbsp cacao powder and top with cacao nibs.

  • Add spinach or kale for a green acai bowl.

  • Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in the freezer and thaw slightly before eating
