Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes
 - Feta cheese block
 - Olive oil
 - Garlic (minced)
 - Dried oregano
 - Red pepper flakes
 - Salt and black pepper
 - Pasta of choice (penne, spaghetti, rigatoni)
 - Fresh basil
 - Parmesan cheese (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Prepare a baking dish, placing cherry tomatoes and feta block in the center.
 - Season with olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss tomatoes to coat evenly.
 - Roast for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
 - Cook pasta as per package instructions; reserve some pasta water.
 - Mash & mix roasted tomatoes and feta to create a creamy sauce.
 - Combine pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
 - Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy!
