Description

2 Bite Brownies are rich, fudgy mini brownies that provide all the indulgence of a classic brownie in a bite-sized treat, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  2. 1 cup granulated sugar
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and combined.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using, for extra gooeyness and richness.
  5. Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. You should get around 12 mini brownies.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake, as you want the brownies to stay soft and fudgy.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free flour blend instead of regular flour.
  • If you prefer larger brownies, you can bake the batter in a regular muffin tin or square pan, adjusting the baking time accordingly.
